Precautions for silk screen printing of cosmetics packaging materials

1. Silk screen printing is generally used as the graphic identification processing of packaging products, which has an important 

impact on the product image, so technical requirements are high.

2. Screen printing of glass bottles: screen printing on transparent or frosted or sprayed bottles should be done with high-temperature

 ink after coloring. After baking at high temperature, it will not fade and is not easy to scratch, and the color is relatively dull. It is 

necessary to select the manufacturer of the high-temperature furnace for silk screen printing, and the printing volume

generally more than 5000.

3. Attn no more than 2 colors should be considered in the design, negative film should be produced for film, and the text, pattern 

and lines should not be too thin or too large, which is easy to cause broken lines or ink accumulation. It should be proofed and 

confirmed before mass production to avoid color differences.

4. If the frosted glass bottle has wrong printing, it can be re polished before printing.

5. The same color printing of round bottles is calculated as 1 color, and the flat or oval shape is calculated according to the 

number of printing surfaces and the number of printing colors on the printing surface.

6. Plastic containers are divided into ordinary ink and UV ink screen printing. UV ink is widely used, and words and pictures have 

a stereo feeling. It is glossy, not easy to fade, and can be printed with multi-color effect. The initial printing quantity is generally 

more than 1000.

7. Proofing before batch screen printing, production after confirming the image and text screen printing effect, and the production

 adjustment cycle after confirmation is 4-5 days, depending on the screen printing the difficulty and quantity vary.

8. Usually, silk screen printing plants have processes such as hot stamping and silver hot stamping, and silk screen printing methods

 include manual and mechanical screen printing,pad printing and self-adhesive pad printing technology.
