Heat transfer printing on glass bottles

The heat transfer film is used to print patterns and glue on the heat-resistant film. Through heating and pressure,

this kind of technical method let patterns (ink layer) adhering to the glue layer on the glass bottle. This process is 

mostly used on plastic and paper, and less used on glass bottles.

Process flow: 1 Brilliant manuscript; 2. Print film; 3. Heat transfer printing; 4. Baking.

The heat transfer film is generally divided into 5 layers. The PET film on the surface is used as the carrier, and the 

separation layer is suitable for falling off when heated. Protective layer plays the role of protecting the ink layer. 

The ink layer is pattern printing, and the adhesive layer is adhesive layer.
